Sadia is the founder of the Instagram community @_languagematters—a space to examine problematic language, with a particular focus on race and ethnicity.
In this forum Sadia will provide an overview of why language matters so much, introducing a couple of lenses through which we can examine the language we use and some thought starters on areas upon which we should reflect as we continue on our own journeys to create equitable, inclusive spaces for everyone in our chapters, and society.
