Michele Evans is Senior Vice President of Global Lifestyle Food & Beverage at Hilton, where she leads the vision and execution of innovative culinary experiences across Hilton’s lifestyle brands. With a dynamic career spanning over two decades, Michele has held executive roles at Graduate Hotels, Auberge Resorts, and STARR Restaurants, shaping some of the industry’s most memorable dining programs. Her background in operations, restaurant development, and brand strategy gives her a unique perspective on hospitality leadership. Michele is a passionate advocate for women in food and beverage, and her career is a masterclass in resilience, creativity, and purposeful growth in hospitality.
Catherine Ker is Senior Director of Global Lifestyle Food & Beverage Strategy & Development at Hilton, where she shapes the future of F&B experiences across lifestyle brands worldwide. With more than a decade of hands-on operational leadership—from Michelin-starred dining to multi-concept restaurant groups—Catherine brings a rare blend of culinary insight and brand strategy. At Hilton she drives innovation, builds scalable concept portfolios, and partners globally to elevate guest dining experiences. Her journey from restaurant GM to global F&B strategist is a powerful example of growth in the hospitality world. Catherine is passionate about mentoring women who are building careers in food and beverage.

How Dames access free registration for Live Online events: Click the registration link below and sign in as a member. Go to Events and click on Details and Registration for the event you want to attend. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
